There's a few reasons why you might be experiencing buffering during matches. Most of the time, there's a quick and easy fix. So check out these useful solutions below to get back into the game.
Device Before you start checking your internet connection, check to see if you're running a device, operating system or browser that is supported by Kayo.
Buffering may occur if you have an old device that lacks memory, processing power or if you're just using a device that isn't compatible with Kayo.
Try streaming on a different compatible device if you can and see if that resolves the buffering. If you're connected to Wi-Fi or a mobile network, you can run an internet speed test to determine your internet speed.
We recommend an internet speed of at least 7. Often if your modem or router is too far away from your streaming device, or blocked by a wall, you may experience connection issues. You can also try resetting your router or modem.
You can find out how to do this here. Try a new stream Sometimes a stream may be experiencing technical difficulties. The good news is that at Kayo we sometimes have a back up plan.
