Print The Tennis Channel is launching a digital subscription service that puts a new spin on the established business model for TV sports programming. Beginning Sunday, the sports network will begin selling a programming package directly to consumers.
But they rejected the refund and claimed that the refund only applies when you cancel within 2 days. So I filed the complain with BBB but they still didn't refund me by claiming that I had used the program.
The app is a complementary service only. Their CS basically said oh well not our problem.
Also, there is a known defect between iTunes and Tennis Channel app - purchases do not always get passed thru from iTunes to the TC. Their fix is for you to cancel your subscription, and rebuy it thru them. It says subscriptions are not refundable And while I have the account set up nothing works.
It keeps telling me to sign in. This is probably one of the most aggravating experiences with what I would expect to be professionally designed app. They basically put it back on you to fix.
My advice - subscribe to TC thru your cable provider and view thru cable.
And take extra sports channels that cover other tennis events. Just now a minute before writing this review I saw that there was an update for this app saying the sign in issue which has prevented some users from accessing content they are paying for as can be seen in many other 1 star reviews has been fixed.
I got excited like yes finally this has been fixed. Oops false hope.

Someone please fix this ASAP!!!!!! This is not fair to consumers who pay for this content.
